📍 Pickup Location Options
- Priority Pickup Area – Standard pickup zone just outside the terminal. Sydney Airport charges AUD $3.54 for up to 15 minutes.
- Limousine Zone – Designated for premium pickups. Extra AUD $10.00 (up to 30 minutes) applies.
- Meet & Greet Service – A driver will greet you inside the terminal with a name sign and assist with luggage or disability needs. This must be selected during booking and incurs an extra fee.
🛬 How to Reach Priority Pickup Zones
Terminal 1 (International)
Exit the Arrivals Hall → Follow green signs to “Priority Pickup” → Walk 3–5 minutes to the marked area.
Terminal 2 (Domestic)
Exit the terminal → Walk toward the “Priority Pickup” signage → Cross to the designated pick-up area.
Terminal 3 (Domestic)
Exit Arrivals → Turn right and follow signs to the “Priority Pickup” zone located outside.
📡 Flight Monitoring & Communication
- Drivers monitor flights in real-time and adjust pickup accordingly.
- Upon landing, please turn off flight mode and connect to Sydney Airport Wi-Fi if you do not have roaming/mobile service.
- Driver will call or SMS you to confirm the meeting point.
🚷 No-Show Conditions
- If the passenger is unreachable and 45 minutes have passed, and all communication attempts fail, the booking will be marked as a no-show with no refund.

🛬 From T1 Arrival Court to International Priority Walkway
After exiting the International Arrivals Hall at Terminal 1, follow the green signs for Priority Pickup. It is a short 3–5 minute walk outside the terminal. The area is accessible via e-TAG only and is clearly marked. Use the pedestrian path toward the outdoor pickup zones and look for Priority Pickup signage.
🛬 From T2 Arrival Court to Domestic Priority Walkway
Exit the Terminal 2 Domestic Arrivals area and follow the signage pointing to Priority Pickup. You’ll pass through the short-term car park area. Continue walking to the outdoor pickup zone; signs are posted throughout. Priority Pickup is accessible only via electronic pass (e-TAG), used by all booked chauffeurs and ride services.
🛬 From T3 Arrival Court to Domestic Priority Walkway
Upon exiting Terminal 3 (Qantas Domestic), follow the designated signs to Priority Pickup. The pickup area is outside and across the road. Walk via the pedestrian crossing and continue to the signed zone. This is where your chauffeur or taxi will be waiting if Priority Pickup was selected.
