Our Designated Pickup Point: Priority Pickup

For your convenience, our standard pickup point at Sydney Airport is the Priority Pickup area at both the International (T1) and Domestic (T2 & T3) terminals. This is the most efficient location for pre-booked services like ours.

Directions to Priority Pickup:For International Arrivals (T1): After clearing customs and immigration and collecting your luggage, follow the green and white signs directing you towards “Priority Pickup” or “Rideshare.” This area is a short walk from the arrivals hall.

For Domestic Arrivals (T2 & T3): After collecting your luggage, follow the green and white signs directing you towards “Priority Pickup.” This area is located between the T2 and T3 terminals, a short walk from the arrivals halls.

Flight Monitoring and Delays:

When you provide us with your flight number, we track your flight’s arrival time. This means we are aware of any delays and will adjust your driver’s arrival time accordingly. You do not need to notify us if your flight is delayed.

Driver Contact Upon Landing:

Upon your flight landing, your driver will contact you via your mobile phone to let you know they are waiting in the Priority Pickup area and confirm the exact meeting point. Please ensure your mobile phone is switched on as soon as you are able after landing.

Meet and Greet Service:

For an elevated arrival experience, we offer a “Meet and Greet” service at an extra charge. With this service, your driver will meet you inside the terminal building with a name board after you exit the arrivals area, and assist you with your luggage to the vehicle in the Priority Pickup area. If you are interested in this service, please request it at the time of booking

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially for airport transfers or travel during peak times. A minimum of a 6 hours notice is usually sufficient, but 24 hours or more is ideal to guarantee availability.

We understand that travel plans can be unpredictable. For cancellations made with at least 12 hours  notice, there is no cancellation fee. (See  out FAQ page for our Cancellation policy). For flight delays we monitor your arrival and adjust pickup times accordingly without any extra charge. There is no charge for rescheduled flight too!  dont We aim to be flexible and understanding to your needs.
