🕒 Free Cancellation Window
- You may cancel your booking free of charge if done at least 6 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
- To cancel, please contact us using the email or phone number provided in your confirmation email.
📅 Flight Cancellations & Delays
- If your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed, TaxiWithBabySeat.com will attempt to reschedule your transfer at no extra cost.
- Same-day rebooking is not guaranteed. If no substitute vehicle can be arranged, a full refund will be issued within 24 hours.
🔁 Other Cancellations
- If cancelled less than 6 hours before pickup for non-flight-related reasons, a 10% processing fee will apply.
- If the driver has already been dispatched, additional fees may be incurred.
🚷 No-Show Policy
- A booking will be considered a no-show if:
- You cannot be reached for 45 minutes after the scheduled time, and
- Multiple attempts to contact you via phone, SMS, or email have failed.
- No refunds will be issued in the case of a no-show.
💳 Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed by TaxiWithBabySeat.com within 24 hours to the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, or PayID).
- Confirmation of your refund will be emailed to you.

- Natural disasters
