✅ After Booking – What to Expect

• Email Confirmation: Sent within 2–5 minutes. Please check your junk/spam folder if you don’t receive it.
• Booking Confirmation: You will be contacted via email and SMS within 2 hours of submission.
• Advance Notice: All bookings must be made at least 8 hours before the intended trip.

🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation if done at least 6 hours before the scheduled trip.
• Flight delays or cancellations: We will try to reschedule, but same-day rebooking is not guaranteed.
• If no replacement vehicle is available, a full refund will be issued within 24 hours.
• In other cancellations, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
• No-shows: If you cannot be contacted and 45 minutes have passed, the booking will be marked as a no-show with no refund.

✈️ Airport Fees & Toll Route Disclaimer

🚗 Sydney Airport Fees

• Priority Pickup Area: Sydney Airport charges AUD $6.59 for the first 15 minutes. This fee is not included in the fare calculator and will be added to your final invoice.
• Limousine Pickup Area: If you choose pickup from the Limousine Zone, an additional AUD $14.50 fee (for up to 30 minutes) applies.
• Meet & Greet Service: Chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal with a name sign, assist with luggage or mobility support. This is a paid extra and must be selected at the time of booking.

🛣️ Toll Route Charges

• Fares displayed on the booking system do not include tolls.
• If you choose or agree to travel via toll routes (e.g., M2, M5, Cross City Tunnel), the cost of tolls will be added to your final fare.
• Your chauffeur will confirm toll use with you where possible before travel.

Note: All additional fees will be clearly itemised in your final invoice or confirmation email. These charges are pass-through fees with no markup.
